Die Doktorurkunde wird gemäß § 17 der Promotionsordnung nach erfolgter Publikation der Dissertation ausgefertigt. Die Doktorurkunde wird ausschließlich in deutscher Sprache ausgestellt.
Die Ausfertigung inklusive Unterschriftenumlauf dauert in der Regel 4-6 Wochen. Auf die Dauer des Unterschriftenumlaufs (Vorsitzende des Promotionsausschusses, Dekan/in der Fakultät, Präsident der LMU) haben wir keinen Einfluss.
Wir kontaktieren Sie per E-Mail sobald Ihre Doktorurkunde fertig ist. Bitte aktualisieren Sie ggf. Ihre E-Mail-Adresse im Promotionsportal.
The doctoral certificate is issued in accordance with § 17 of the doctoral regulations after publication of the dissertation. The doctoral certificate will be issued in German only.
The completion including the signature process usually takes 4-6 weeks. We have no influence on the duration of the signature process (chairperson of the doctoral committee, dean of the faculty, president of the LMU).
