Abgabetermine / Submission deadlines (Dr. phil., PromO 2016)

Hinweise

  1. Jährlich finden vier zentrale Zeiträume (jeweils ca. zwei Wochen) zur Abgabe der Dissertationen statt.
  2. Der Online-Antrag auf Zulassung zur Promotionsprüfung kann jederzeit gestellt werden (Empfehlung: zwei Wochen vor den Abgabezeiträumen), jedoch werden diese nur kurz vor und während den Abgabeterminen bearbeitet und die Abgabe der Dissertation und begleitenden Dokumente ist auch nur in diesen Zeiträumen möglich. 
  3. "Die Überschreitung des Termins hat für die Doktorandin oder den Doktoranden zur Folge, dass sie oder er erst den darauf folgenden Prüfungstermin wahrnehmen kann." (Promotionsordnung, § 8 Abs. 1 Satz 3)
  4. Bitte informieren Sie Ihre Betreuerin oder Ihren Betreuer frühzeitig, wenn Sie planen einzureichen.
  5. Eventuelle Abweichungen vom Terminplan sollten im Verfahren eingeplant werden. Planen Sie insbesondere nach Ihrer Disputation ca. 2-4 Wochen für die Erstellung der Abschlussdokumente zur Promotionsprüfung ein.
Falls Sie Ihre Anmeldung zur Promotionsprüfung für noch nicht veröffentlichte Termine planen, können Sie sich an den bisherigen Termine orientieren. In der Regel handelt es sich um dieselben Kalenderwochen.

Information

  1. Four central periods (each about two weeks) are held annually for registration for the doctoral examination and submission of dissertations.
  2. The online application for admission to the doctoral examination can be submitted at any time (recommendation: two weeks before the submission deadlines), but applications are only processed shortly before and during the submission deadlines and the submission of the dissertation and accompanying documents is also only possible during these periods.
  3. You are welcome to make an appointment in advance for the submission period. Appointments that have already been made remain valid regardless of the response to the online application.
  4. "Exceeding the deadline will have the consequence for the doctoral candidate that she or he will not be able to take the examination until the following examination date." (Doctoral Regulations, § 8 (1) sen. 3)
  5. Please inform your supervisor well in advance if you plan to submit.
  6. Possible deviations from the schedule should be planned for in the process. Especially after your disputation, plan approx. 2-4 weeks for the preparation of the final documents for the doctoral examination.
If you are planning your registration for the doctoral examination for deadlines that have not yet been published, you can use the previous deadlines as a guide. Usually, these are the same calendar weeks.
